Jennifer Harden Jones is registered with the Australian Resolution Institute as an Arbitrator with a Professional Certificate in Arbitration from the University of Adelaide. Jennifer also holds a Master of Commerce (majoring in Information Management) from the University of WA and a Bachelor of Arts (Education) from Curtin University.
Jennifer was drawn to arbitration and dispute resolution as she is committed to resolving contractual disputes in a timely and cost effective manner that does not drag out for years, as may be the case in litigation. This resolve comes after being a business owner (Architecture & Construction Management) for over 20 years. The use of arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism may also assist in maintaining ongoing business relationships after the dispute has been resolved and ensures privacy for all involved parties.
With experience in both the Construction and IT industries, Jennifer is well suited to arbitrate and resolve your dispute including Intellectual Property disputes. Jennifer has prior experience as a Construction Superintendent of commercial projects and has also held roles as a Business Strategist, Project Manager, Change Manager and a Contract Specialist.
In addition to arbitration, Jennifer offers consultancy services relating to internal company advice prior to litigation or arbitration in the hope of a quick and effective resolution. She also offers contractual advice when creating contracts to avoid any future disputes with clients.
